Service Scope

VPNRain provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, with coverage in 100+ countries and 150+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and instructions for getting clients are shown in the user panel. After logging in, you can access clients and subscription details; iOS availability is subject to the information shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or AI tool credits from third-party websites. Each platform determines its own account eligibility, regional support, and content access permissions. A subscription to this service does not grant authorization to use those platforms. VPNRain follows a no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish them or let untrusted people use them. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password and report the issue through a ticket. Do not provide your password or full subscription link when submitting information.

There is no device limit. Use is permitted on devices owned or managed by the account holder; this does not allow account sharing with others. Lending, transferring, or reselling accounts or subscriptions is prohibited. You may not repackage the service as a paid connectivity service for others. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different data rules; review the plan details before payment.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your order and payment status in the user panel. Do not treat a transfer to another party as payment for an order on this site.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and include the relevant order and refund request. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service. We may need to verify order ownership and payment records during processing. You can check the refund progress in your ticket; these terms do not promise a specific time for the refund to arrive.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those that apply to you, respect third-party platform rules and intellectual property, and refrain from using the service for unlawful purposes. Network attacks, unauthorized system access, fraud, distribution of malicious software, and violations of others' privacy or other lawful rights are prohibited.

Do not use automation, abnormal connections, or other methods to disrupt service infrastructure or other users' normal use. If VPNRain receives a related complaint or detects unusual activity, it may take necessary restrictive measures and investigate. You may provide further information or appeal through a ticket.

Availability and Liability

Your connection experience depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier routes, target websites, and maintenance changes. VPNRain does not guarantee that every region, route, or third-party service will always be available, nor does it guarantee a fixed speed or continued access to specific content. Check user panel announcements during maintenance or outages.

Responsibility for issues caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, third-party platform decisions, or force majeure events will be assessed based on the circumstances. This service is not a substitute for backing up important data and is not responsible for third-party platforms' performance of their obligations. Nothing in this section exempts VPNRain from liability where required by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For violations of these terms, including unlawful use, resale or sharing, or attacks on service infrastructure, VPNRain may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate an account as appropriate. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a ticket. Unfulfilled orders and refund requests will be handled separately under the applicable terms and legal requirements.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with the month of the update. Important changes affecting account use or billing will be explained in site announcements or notices in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights for orders already placed. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how they affect your existing subscription.
